050419-N-7526R-017 Yokosuka, Japan (April 19, 2005) - The Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force destroyer Shirayuki (DD 123) travels through Yokosuka Bay as a Sailor aboard USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) lowers the Ensign, during the shifting of colors as the ship gets underway. Blue Ridge recently completed Final Evaluation Problem (FEP). FEP is designed to demonstrate the ship's ability to conduct multiple simultaneous combat missions, support functions and service complex casualty control simulations under stressful conditions.
